We want you to love your products! That is why we offer a 30-day return policy on ALL un-opened products. Due to the fact that the items we ship are personal health items, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened. Please contact us at support@remologie.com to arrange a return.

 

Warranty

If your item is under warranty we’ve got you covered! All defective items covered by a warranty are replaced with a brand new version of the same item. Please note that warranties will only cover damage caused by a defect in the product and not damage resulting from misuse or accidental damage.

We offer 3-year warranties for CPAP machines and 3-month warranties for masks, tubing, and water chambers. Please email us at support@remologie.com for verification of a warranty replacement.
