What To Expect During A Sleep Test

An at-home sleep test is much like the test you would take in a sleep clinic, but administered by you in the comfort of your home. You will be sent an ApneaLink Air Home Sleep Testing Device, which monitors your sleep and records the information for a doctor to analyze. You can learn more about the device here. The home sleep test includes:

  • Step-By-Step Instructions
  • ApneaLink Air Testing Device
  • Nasal Sensor Belt
  • Nasal Cannula
  • Pulse Oximeter
  • Hypo-Allergenic Adhesive Tape
  • AAA Batteries

To complete the test, just follow the included step-by-step instructions to set up the device and sleep comfortably overnight. Once you’ve completed your overnight sleep (at least 4 hours), you’ll send the device back to us. We send the results to our Remologie physician or your family physician, who will review and analyze the results to determine your treatment plan. Once a prescription has been placed, Remologie will set you up with the equipment you need to begin your CPAP journey.
