Shipping
Your sleep is our priority! That is why shipping is so important to us, we strive to pack and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
We use Purolator as the standard shipping provider. If you live in the Winnipeg area, we may choose to courier your package. You can also choose to pickup your order from our 150 McPhillips location instead.
Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rate is $30.00. For orders that exceed $100.00, the shipping is free.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders placed during the week are shipped within 3 business days. For CPAP machines, shipping may take longer as a valid prescription is required. To make this process go faster, if we don’t already have your prescription on file, please make sure to email it to support@remologie.com.
We ship all our products from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Conveniently located in central Canada, most packages don’t take long to arrive at their intended delivery location, but delays after the package has left our warehouse may affect the speed at which your package arrives. You can use the tracking number we provided to follow your package.
